The Memos


A lot of online marketing advice exists. However, a problem with much of this advice is that it tells you what to do and not why, when, or even if it makes sense for your business.

This is where the memos come in. The memos are my way of digging a little deeper. The goal here is to break down medspa marketing through four primary lenses: strategy, digital, branding, and consumer behavior. While some posts will address very specific details, others will have a broader view. Regardless, they all have a singular purpose, which is understanding what's truly driving a customer's actions and how each decision we make as marketers can impact the entire marketing experience.
