Good marketing
isn't only about
getting noticed

For medspas, getting attention is only one part of the job. The larger challenge is building enough trust that someone will keep looking, keep considering, and eventually have enough confidence in your practice to choose it.

The Mon Memos is where I break down the strategy behind that process. In these memos, I'll look at the branding, content, digital touch points, and how patients behave when they experience a medspa before, during, and after becoming a patient.

My goal with The Mon Memos is simple: make marketing feel more intentional and understandable than a list of things you are supposed to be doing just because everyone else is.

I've always been more interested in the “why.”

Why does one brand appear more trustworthy than the other? Why will customers follow a business for months before booking? How could two medspas have the same products and services, yet one appears more appealing? Those questions are why I went into marketing — and The Mon Memos is where I get to explore them through the lens of the aesthetics industry.
